Shipping + Delivery

Hi! At labmobili, our sales and after-sales teams are here to guide you through every step of your purchase.
When preparing your quote, our team will provide the shipping cost and an estimated delivery date.

Each piece is made to order and takes approximately 50 to 60 days to produce.

Before Finalizing Your Order

Measure your space. To avoid delivery issues, it’s very important to measure your space in advance to ensure that your purchase will fit in the desired location, as well as through all access areas during delivery.
Please note that minor variations in dimensions may occur due to factors such as foam density, fabric tension, and finishing processes. If you have any questions, just send us an email or message.

Stairs & Elevators

Deliveries that require carrying items beyond two flights of ten stairs, or that involve multiple elevator stops, may incur additional charges.
Please inform us in advance if your delivery includes stairs or if you need the weight and dimensions of any item.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

We recommend checking whether your building requires a Certificate of Insurance for deliveries.
If so, please let our delivery partners know when they contact you to schedule your appointment.

Other Shipping + Delivery Policies

Cancellation Policy
Because our products are made to order and customized according to each client’s specific requests, cancellations or returns are not possible once production has begun. Each piece is exclusively crafted for the client, making resale to another customer unfeasible.

Delivery at a Later Date
To postpone your delivery, please contact us before the end of the production period (approximately 50 days). Once the furniture has been shipped, it is no longer possible to delay delivery.

Redelivery Fees
If redelivery is required, a new charge will apply, to be confirmed with our delivery partner.

Reroute Fees (Freight Deliveries Only)
You may change your delivery address up until the moment your order is placed on the delivery route. However, additional charges may apply and must be confirmed with the delivery partner.
