Since our products are made to order and customized according to each client’s specific requests, cancellations or returns are not possible once production has begun. Each piece is exclusively crafted for the client, making resale to another customer unfeasible.

Damaged or Defective Products

To prevent issues related to damaged items, it is extremely important to inspect your purchase upon delivery and immediately notify both the delivery person and labmobili through our customer service channels if any problem is identified.


Failure to notify the delivery person at the time of receipt may prevent verification of their responsibility for replacement or refund.

For defective products, the warranty period is 90 calendar days from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, please contact our customer service channels. Defects resulting from misuse are not covered under the warranty. For more details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
